近年、SNS等におきまして、HAGANEの肖像を無断使用したAI画像をみかけることがあります。
著しいイメージの損害が無く、営利目的としないものであれば、個人様の範疇で楽しんでいただくことで当社としましては問題視しておりません。
しかしながら、その画像が新しいグッズであるような説明や、公式のものであるかのような表記は、誤解を招く恐れがあり、信用毀損に当たるものなのでおやめください。
またお客様におかれましては、新しいグッズ情報等は、HAGANE公式での発表のみとなりますことを改めてご留意ください。

＜A Note Regarding AI-Generated Images＞
Recently we have observed AI-generated images using HAGANE's likeness without authorization on social media and other platforms.
We do not object to individuals enjoying such content for personal use provided it is not for commercial purposes and does not cause significant damage to our image.
However please refrain from presenting these images in a way that implies they are new merchandise or official releases such actions can be misleading and may damage our reputation.
We also ask that you please keep in mind that information regarding new merchandise is released exclusively through official HAGANE channels.
